I was terrified having my broken down back tooth taken out. The gave me a great sedation, I hardly remember the procedure. It was painless and they did not even use a forceps to pull the tooth, like you see in the movies. They something new, I think called ultrasonic blade to loosen up the tooth to preserve the bone and cause minimal trauma. The healing was easy and I will have my implant done in about three months. Overall much easier than I expected!
